Invalid Tuning Step - CHIRP Programming

A friend brought me a UV-5R8W to program. He wants to listen only to a couple UHF frequencies including 468.99875 and 461.81125. I can program these in manually, but when trying to program using chirp so I can add names, etc. I get an error that says "Invalid edit: Unable to find a supported tuning step for 468.998750". As I was able to program them manually, I got the job done, but can only add channel names via chirp, so they won't program completely.
?
Is this a chirp problem or a radio problem?
?
Thanks,
Michael

Disregard. Turns out the frequencies he provided were inaccurate. Once I got the right frequencies, everything worked fine.
