Find a wall wart that fits the socket on the charger base. You might
have to find a wall wart first then find a plug that fits, and solder
it to the wiring from the wall wart.

10V isn't a common voltage though for wall warts. Even the adjustable
types skip over 10V and go from 9V to 12V, or may include 10.5V but
that's higher than you want.

You could roll your own power supply if you wanted but it would be
bigger than a wall wart.
