Car roof has additional detail castings already installed. The red marker light castings need to be installed on the roof ends. You will need to make two brass trolley hooks.? The car needs to be painted. The car interior will need seats and other details. (not included).

I have for sale this Official Union Pacific cookbook and manual of instructions on how to run the dining car. It covers every aspect from laying the table, what to serve with each meal, how to cook everything from breakfast to dinner.

There are 16 sections on food preparation, each covering a different area, such as "Entrees-- Lamb" or "Miscellaneous -- Children's meals." There are also detailed instructions about counting linen, when to offer free meals, forms to fill out in case of accidents, etc. Loose leaf in stiff cardboard covers with brass brads.

This is the Original Edition, not a reprint. It is undated but it appears to be from the 1950s or 1960s. In the introductory material at the front it states that "If injury occurs on Milwaukee rails...", so that indicates 1956 or later. Scarce (OCLC records only three copies).
